Whilst the contract extension conundrums of Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Thiago Silva and Cesar Azpilicueta, Chelsea higher ranks are prepared to bring two center backs this summer to cover up. The 22 year old wants to push a move to the west London based club in January despite last summer’s last minute attempts failed.
Tuchel is upbeat he will get the signature for the youngster who has flourished in Spain at the moment as one of the best defenders. Sevilla have a strong stance on £72m release clause trigger. Chelsea however, are not ready to splash that amount of cash in January given that it’s a short time to make negotiations go over the line.
