Chelsea have reportedly opened talks with Leeds United over Raphinha transfer which is likely to cost them £20 Million Pounds valuation this summer transfer window according to Express Sport reports. Chelsea are allegedly leading Barcelona in the race to sign Raphinha at lowered fee of €25 Million euros if Leeds United are relegated from the Premier League this season. Chelsea Chief Marina has already held talks with Raphinha representatives and is open to join Chelsea on a longterm deal. Chelsea are also reportedly negotiating with Real Madrid for Hazard loan deal as alternative if Leeds United fail to be relagated as Raphina release clause is at £75 Million according to Football London reports. Chelsea reportedly enter talks with Real Madrid to sign Eden Hazard on a loan deal next summer & negotiations are at advanced stage.
