UEFA reacts as Chelsea break another important records

The European football governing body popularly known as UEFA has reacted after Chelsea football club defeated Burnley football club 4-0 at Turf Moor Stadium on Saturday evening.

Thomas Tuchel led team were at their best against their opponent, and they were able to secure a comfortable victory in the entertaining encounter.

The Blues have been doing pretty well in all competitions since the beginning of the season, and they were able to perform brilliantly again on Saturday.

After playing out a goalless draw in the first half of the game, Reece James opened scoring for the away team in the 47th minutes, and Kai Havertz doubled the lead in the 52nd minutes. The Germany international scored his second goal of the game in the 55th minutes before Christian Pulisic scored the last goal of the game in the 69th minutes to end the match 4-0.

The 4-0 victory over Burnley football club means Chelsea football club have recorded their biggest away victory since 2018.

Reacting after Chelsea football club set a new record, UEFA posted on their verified Twitter handle that;

Chelsea win 4-0 at Burnley to record their biggest away win in the English Premier League since October 2018. When they beat the same opponents by the same scoreline.”The Blues will now be looking forward to continuing their impressive performance when they play their next game.
