FA CUP: Middlesbrough coach explains why Chelsea is different from Man United and Tottenham

After overcoming Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United in the previous rounds, Middlesbrough were looking for their third consecutive FA Cup triumph against a Premier League team in Saturday’s FA Cup match against Chelsea.

However, due to goals from Romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech, Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea squad crushed Middlesbrough’s FA Cup hopes with a 2-0 victory at the Riverside Stadium.

Middlesbrough manager Chris Wilder addressed why he failed to win Chelsea after overcoming Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United in the previous rounds after losing to Chelsea on Saturday.

“Chelsea will find a way,” asserted Wilder. It’s the attitude of the team, which is headed by a fantastic manager. With Thomas Tuchel’s arrival, they now have stability, whereas the other two teams (Spurs and United) might not.”
